Despite operating against a testing economic backdrop, we continue to maintain a policy of developing and launching new products; reinforcing our licensed brand portfolio and further complementing our core retailer brand relationships.

We are still a modest manufacturer in the total Bakery markets in which we operate but see exciting organic growth opportunities of all our businesses. Our ongoing commitment to product quality and innovation has enabled us to maintain our stance as a forward-thinking, proactive company.

Our short term focus is on growing our existing businesses, but we aim to take advantage of the right bolt on acquisitions to drive longer term value as opportunities, financing and circumstance allow.

Finsbury Food is unique in that we are not a company reliant on mechanized productions processes. What we do is about craft, tradition and experience. It is the upholding of those fundamental qualities on which the future of our business depends and we are confident that by doing so we will continue to meet and surpass management expectations as we exit the recession in a position of strength.
