Edward Beale Non-Executive Director
Edward Beale was appointed a Director on 29 August 2002. He is a chartered accountant and the Chief Executive of City Group Plc, the Group’s Company Secretaries. He is a member of the QCA’s Accounting Standards and Corporate Governance Committees and sits on both the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
