Grain D’Or

Grain D’Or operates two bakeries at its London site, employing over 200 people to produce a wide range of bakery products. Established in 1980, it balances automation with hand craft skills to produce premium products for the retail and foodservice channels.

A wide range of products are produced from the two Grain D’Or bakeries including pastries, American muffins and speciality breads and these products are supplied to major retailers and foodservice customers in the UK. Grain D’Or is one of the major importers of Normandy butter – a key ingredient in the best croissants – and also one of the UK’s largest importers of Canadian blueberries.
